Meet Nicole
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
I enjoy building relationships with clients and helping them feel more confident and secure about their financial lives. Guiding them through important decisions and seeing the impact on their quality of life is really rewarding.
What's the biggest challenge?
Balancing complex financial planning with each client’s unique emotional needs and goals. Money is deeply personal, and translating technical strategies into something meaningful for them can be very rewarding.
What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?
I love the collaborative environment and the way our team always puts clients first. It feels like we’re all working toward the same mission of improving people’s lives, not just managing their finances.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
I’m an excellent listener, which helps me understand not only what clients say, but better pinpoint what they really need. I want my clients to feel confident and supported in the decisions they make, so I approach every conversation with empathy and genuine care.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and watching baseball (go Dodgers!).
What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?
I would probably be in project management or even a wedding planner — roles that let me help people stay organized, manage details and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
Maintaining close ties with my family despite living far apart, prioritizing my health and fitness and building a career that gives me both purpose and balance.
