Daniel Moas CFP®

Manager in Wealth Management

Meet Daniel

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

The ability to bring clarity and peace of mind to my clients. Helping families and individuals in a field that holds significant importance to them and providing excellent service is what truly motivates me to come to work every day.

What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?

In an industry often dominated by sales-driven individuals motivated by their personal compensation, it is refreshing to be part of a firm that prioritizes client well-being above all else. As we frequently emphasize, our unwavering commitment to serving clients with distinction serves as the most effective means of fostering organic growth.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Attaining my Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification. The comprehensive knowledge I have acquired through this certification has positioned me to address an array of diverse inquiries or concerns brought forth by our clients.

What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?

My easy-going and friendly nature, enables me to establish genuine and personal connections with the clients t I serve. I have always embraced my role as an advisor by positioning myself as a collaborative partner, sitting on the same side of the table as the client. This perspective allows me to empathetically view their circumstances through their own unique lens, fostering a deep sense of trust and reliability.

How should people think about their wealth?

Individuals should adopt the mindset of a ship's captain. Similar to a ship that relies on a collaborative effort from its crew to keep the engine running smoothly, individuals have various financial professionals and resources at their disposal. However, as the captain of their own financial journey, they possess the ultimate authority to chart the course and determine the direction in which they wish to navigate.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I am an avid world traveler, and I enjoy all types of outdoor recreational activities such as golfing, basketball, snowboarding and kayaking. In my spare time I have also been learning Spanish.

What was the most influential book you've read and why?

"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz is, without a doubt, the most influential book I have ever read. Its impact on my career cannot be overstated, as it has reinforced the significance of being impeccable with one's word. As an advisor, I firmly believe that this quality is paramount to establishing trust with clients.
