Chris Kazmer CPA, CFP®

Director in Wealth Management, Partner

Meet Chris

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

Helping families plan across generations and create clarity around their wealth, so they can focus on what matters most with confidence and peace of mind.

What’s the biggest challenge?

Not being able to control changes in the markets or tax laws.

What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?

The deep relationships we build with clients and the trust they place in us is incredibly meaningful. On top of that, the chemistry and collaboration among our team makes it a great place to grow and do impactful work.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Becoming a Director at Aspiriant, earning my CPA and CFP® designations and helping shape strategies for some of the most complex ultra-high-net-worth families we serve.

What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?

I bring a strong foundation in tax planning, which allows me to uncover opportunities others might miss. I enjoy turning complex financial goals into actionable strategies — and making sure those plans actually get executed.

How should people think about their wealth?

As a means to create flexibility — for yourself, your family and future generations. With the right structure and strategy, it can open doors and reduce uncertainty.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Playing piano, DJing and hiking with my golden retriever, Abby.

What would you be doing if you weren’t working for Aspiriant?

I’d still be helping people make smart financial decisions — maybe running a boutique tax advisory firm.
