Seeing the impact of our work on the lives of clients, their children and grandchildren is unbelievably rewarding.
What's the biggest challenge?
When a client doesn't have sufficient funds to meet their lifestyle and other goals over the long haul.

The wealth of talent we have, from tax to investment to strategic planning.
What qualities of yours makes you best suited to do what you do?
I'm a good listener. I'm also resourceful, tenacious and a little bit stubborn.
How should people think about their wealth?
As a means to an end. What can you accomplish? Whom can you help? What can you make better in the world?
What do you love to do outside of work?
Travel, take photographs, and make jewelry. There's something amazing about creating something beautiful from nothing.
What would you be doing if you weren't working at Aspiriant?
I'd be a veterinarian or an elderly advocate.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
My daughter. I'm in awe of her. She changes and grows every day.
Bio
Ginny joined Aspiriant in 2002 and is a Director in Wealth Management. She has over fourteen years of experience serving high net worth individuals in the areas of individual income taxation, estate and gift tax planning and philanthropy services. Ginny became a Principal through the merger of Quintile Wealth Management and Kochis Fitz in January, 2008.
Ginny’s career has always focused on serving affluent families. She began her career at Ernst & Young and thereafter worked at Arthur Andersen and myCFO, where she served as a Client Service Manager.
Ginny has an expertise in working with tax exempt organizations and serves on the board of a public charity which focuses on finding a cure for Type I Diabetes. Although not currently practicing law, Ginny is a member of the State Bar of California.
She received a BA in Social Sciences from the University of California-Irvine and holds a JD degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
