This year, six Aspiriant wealth managers were named to Forbes’ 2026 Next-Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list, which recognizes wealth advisors age 40 and under nationwide.
We’re proud to celebrate our colleagues and the work they do each day for the individuals and families we serve. For us, this recognition is also a chance to highlight something we value deeply at Aspiriant: developing the next generation of wealth managers who can support individuals and families.
That long-term perspective is important at Aspiriant. As a 100% employee-owned firm, we take a long-term view of both our people and the relationships we build. Our team-based approach means relationships and knowledge don’t rest with just one person. As lives change and families grow across generations, there’s a team that knows their history and is there to help them navigate what’s ahead.

How are the Forbes Next-Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors selected?
Forbes works with SHOOK Research to develop its Next-Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors ranking. Rather than relying on numbers alone, SHOOK combines quantitative data with direct due diligence, including interviews with advisors, to develop a broader picture of their experience and work.
For the 2026 ranking, advisors must have been born in 1987 or later and have at least four years of experience. From there, SHOOK looks beyond the numbers. They consider an advisor’s experience, client relationships, credentials and compliance record alongside assets under management and revenue generated for their firm, rather than evaluating the investment performance of their portfolios.
