Meet Daniella

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

Watching proper financial planning enable families to live their dreams and leave the world in a better place than they found it. Our clients are very inspiring.

What's the biggest challenge?

It can be challenging when investors are too focused on short-term investment performance — wealth management is about so much more than that.

What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?

Our business model is structured so that our two most important groups — clients and employees — are incredibly well-served over the long-term.

What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?

Asking good questions and my ability to distill challenging concepts well through verbal and written communication helps when working with future clients to select the right wealth management firm for their family’s unique needs.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

Raising my young daughters.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Becoming a partner at Aspiriant, receiving my MBA from Northeastern University and well-rounded financial services work experience — from small and mid-sized RIAs to large investment firms.

What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?

Running a dog rescue and teaching Lagree fitness.

Bio

Daniella joined Aspiriant in 2018 and became a partner in 2021. She has over 15 years of experience in financial services. At Aspirant, Daniella is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing an integrated marketing and growth strategy across a broad range of functions including digital marketing, advertising, PR, communications, brand and events.

She enjoys helping future clients discover that with Aspiriant, they can make prudent financial decisions to live their dreams in harmony with their values for generations. Wealth management decisions are nuanced and complex, and Daniella’s passion is shining a light on Aspiriant’s 100% employee owned business model and client-centric service offerings.

Prior to joining Aspiriant, Daniella oversaw marketing and communications for San Diego-based RIA Callan Capital. She also held various marketing, growth and client service roles at Crestwood Advisors, State Street and Fidelity Investments.

Daniella received a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from the D’Amore-McKim school of business at Northeastern University.

Outside of Aspiriant, Daniella serves as a Big Sister mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. She is a Lagree fitness instructor and certified personal trainer. Daniella lives in San Diego with her husband, daughters and golden retriever.
