In May eight team members were elected to Aspiriant’s ownership group. The new partner group of 2023 embodies the core values of our firm and, by becoming a partner, demonstrates their commitment to maintaining both the sustainability of Aspiriant’s business model and its independence. The newly named partners represent some of our firm’s key markets in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Milwaukee. They each have impressive track records, strong credentials, and diverse backgrounds to further enhance Aspiriant’s dedication to serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families across the country.
Aspiriant’s unique 100% employee ownership model allows us to make objective decisions that truly benefit our clients and employees. Because our employees are financially invested in our firm – our clients’ success is our success. Today, Aspiriant has more than a third of our employees as partners of the firm and is one of the largest employee-owned firms with meaningful scale in the nation.
“We are excited to welcome this year’s class of partners,” said Rob Francais. “Each year, the appointment of new partners serves as a commitment to the sustainable future of our firm. These partners possess the values that Aspiriant was built upon and will play an active role as our firm continues to break the mold in the wealth management industry.”
Becoming a partner is more about the future than it is about the past. Partnership represents a long-term commitment made between our partners and the organization that supports Aspiriant’s mission. Our spirit of partnership and core values bind together our greatest assets — our clients and our people — and reflect who we are.
