Building a wealth management firm that is sustainable through the generations of the clients we serve takes more than a powerful, clear vision — it requires a spirit of commitment to something bigger than ourselves.
Four Aspiriant employees recently made that commitment and became partners of the firm — Daniella Chuckran, Stephen Kawasaki, Cliff Loh and Jason Shemtob. They were voted in by the existing partners, expanding the ownership group to 73.
Aspiriant’s Spirit of Partnership contains seven pillars that support our mission and core values — ownership, unity, leadership, community, commitment, optimism and sustainability. When we adhere closely to them, there are few limits to what we can achieve together.
“Our spirit of partnership and shared core values bind together our greatest assets — our clients and people,” says Aspiriant CEO Rob Francais. “They form the foundation of our partnership and reflect who we are.”
