What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
I enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and the challenge of creative planning. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people achieve their goals. Our clients are unique and the strategies we create with them are designed to support their individual needs and aspirations.
What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?
Our people! We have talented professionals at our firm who have diverse skillsets, and it’s truly a pleasure to collaborate with and work alongside them.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
Being a curious, problem solver. I love learning about people and gaining insight into what’s most important to them.
How should people think about their wealth?
At a certain point, wealth goes beyond meeting needs and becomes a way to align values with financial decisions. It’s also a chance to create a legacy that reflects what matters most to you.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Staying active, having creative outlets, traveling and spending quality time with loved ones.
What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?
Exploring the world and owning a dog rescue. Animals have a special place in my heart.
Bio
Chelsea joined Aspiriant’s marketing team in 2019, where she supported the firm’s digital strategy and highlighted what makes Aspiriant unique through impactful storytelling. In spotlighting the client experience and getting exposure to it firsthand, she discovered a passion for the client advisory side – drawn to the deep relationships and meaningful impact that come with serving clients directly.
Now, as a senior associate in wealth management, Chelsea works with individuals and families across the country, blending her background in analytics and relationship building with a commitment to helping clients manage the complexities of wealth with clarity and peace of mind.
Chelsea is also co-leader of the Gen Now Impact Group, where she serves as a representative of next-generation perspectives, partnering with colleagues across the organization to develop and advance strategic initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.
Chelsea earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in business analytics. She is currently working on her Certified Financial Planner® certification.
Originally from the East Coast and now based in San Diego, Chelsea appreciates the year-round sunshine and enjoys staying active outdoors, whether that’s running, skiing, learning how to play golf and all the sports in between.
