Meet Ami

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

I enjoy the diversity and breadth of the profession. You never know what you’re going to get.

What's the biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge is understanding that it is not the role of a wealth planner to be an expert in everything. We are continuously learning and growing.

What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?

I enjoy the boutique feel of the firm while having the strength of a larger organization.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Providing educational presentations because they were so impactful for clients, attending law school and competing in moot court competitions across the nation, and mentoring and training colleagues in the wealth management profession.

What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?

I genuinely care about people, which leads to thoughtful conversations and quality work.

How should people think about their wealth?

My goal is to free up the minds of clients so that they can think about everything but their wealth.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love to include variety in my life, so anything from painting with my daughter, to camping with friends, to a wine-pairing dinner with my husband.

What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?

Traveling and honing my photography skills.

What was the most influential book you've read and why?

“The Power of Now,” by Eckhart Tolle, because it is a strong reminder to be present, which leads to all things positive.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?

Raising my young daughter.
