2 Aspiriant Partners Make Forbes Next-Gen List

Forbes, once again, recognized Aspiriant’s David Muchow and Myles Rush as leading the next generation of wealth management.

This is the third year that Forbes and SHOOK Research have identified the Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors, and this year 250 professionals born in 1980 or earlier were selected. David and Myles have made the list every year. And proving they are both rising stars in the industry, they ranked 31 and 45 respectively — quite a jump from where they were two years ago. More than 6,300 wealth advisors were considered for the ranking and had to excel in a personal interview to make the cut.

David, a director in wealth management, started his career approximately 14 years ago at Deloitte Investment Advisors, which merged with Aspiriant in 2010. He became a partner in 2015. Serving clients from our Milwaukee office, David is also the top Next-Gen advisor from Wisconsin.

Myles, a director in wealth management in San Diego, came to Aspiriant in 2016 with Hokanson Associates, where he had become a partner at the age of 33. He also was recently named to the Forbes Best-in-State list for the Southern California region.

Because of their leadership and commitment to clients, they both co-chair the Gen NOW task force at Aspiriant. The task force provides a forum for the approximately 30 younger wealth managers in the company to provide their perspective and insight on a variety of firm-wide initiatives.

Having been honored by Forbes three years in a row, David says, “The way I think about it, it’s great to receive the individual recognition, but it speaks more broadly to Aspiriant as a whole — our commitment to clients and their families for generations to come.”
