Meet Bryce
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Educating clients about their options so they can plan their future with confidence. Uncertainty is present in all areas of life, whether we are addressing financial issues or personal ones. In my role with Aspiriant, I get to have in-depth conversations with our clients and help them solve complex problems.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
My ability to connect and empathize with others. I am often a resource for family and friends in times of uncertainty, which translates well to my professional career.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I’m not much of a homebody, so I really love being outdoors. I love running at the beach, hiking in the mountains or even just having a picnic at the park. I enjoy experiencing the world and all it has to offer. Sharing those experiences with family and friends is even better.
What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?
I would likely be a flight attendant, a hotel concierge or maybe an after-school counselor. Helping people has always been my calling, even before I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. As I grew older, I realized how many varied experiences we all have and how vital the people who guide us along our journey. No matter what, I would be in an occupation that allows me to improve the lives of the most people.
What was the most influential book you've read and why?
“7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey. I read this book in college, and it was invaluable as I started my career. When I was younger, I was much more spontaneous. This book taught me that having a plan and being proactive was a better way to set myself up for success.
