Aspiriant’s deep inclusion of women among owners and managers has earned us the coveted Women in Wealth Management award from the Family Wealth Report.
“You just have to look at their stats on women in leadership positions to recognise the emphasis our winner places on recognising and rewarding merit,” the judging panel for the London-based publication said.
Aspiriant’s place as a leader in the wealth management industry couldn’t be achieved without the great contributions of the many women professionals at our firm. Nearly half of the firm’s employees are women, with 45% serving clients. In addition, 32% of the firm’s partners are women, and some fill important leadership roles.
For example, five women serve on our National Leadership Team. In addition, managing directors Lisa Colletti and Sandi Bragar co-lead our Planning Strategy & Research team, which focuses on strengthening our wealth planning services and enhancing the client experience. Karen Blodgett chairs our board of directors, and Lorraine Fox is also a member.
With their talent and dedication to clients, it’s no wonder why Aspiriant women are regularly represented in national and regional lists of top wealth managers in the nation. And we’re working on an Inclusion and Diversity initiative to be sure we’re creating and nurturing a diverse workforce to serve clients years into the future.
“I feel privileged to work side-by-side with so many impressive women whose professional and personal accomplishments are truly inspiring. I know our unique perspective resonates with many of our clients as well as our next generation of advisors,” says Lisa, who also serves family office clients. “I’m proud to be part of fostering this culture at Aspiriant.”
This is the second year in a row that Family Wealth Report has recognized Aspiriant for its leadership in women in wealth management. The Family Wealth Report provides industry intelligence to family office service providers. Final awards are decided by a prestigious panel of judges who focus on the nominees’ dedication to the client experience.

Disclosure: Neither Aspiriant nor its employees paid a fee in exchange for inclusion in the Family Wealth Report Awards 2020. The judging is based on the judges’ experience with what is in the submission and is done behind closed doors. For more on the methodology, please refer to Clearview Publishing.</span
