What does it really mean to work with a firm built for the long term?
At Aspiriant, that idea shows up in how we think about partnership.
At some firms, partnership is a milestone. For us, it’s part of building something that lasts, for our clients, our people and the future we’re creating together.
As a 100% employee-owned wealth management firm, every new partner strengthens that foundation. Not just in title, but in the way we show up for the individuals and families we serve and the responsibility we have as fiduciaries to do right by them.
That’s because ownership here isn’t just about structure. It’s about people who care deeply about what we’re building and who are invested in where it’s going.
Becoming a partner at Aspiriant reflects that mindset. It’s not just what someone has accomplished, but how they will help grow the firm, support the next generation of leaders and deepen the relationships we have with our clients.
This year, we’re proud to welcome four new partners whose work spans wealth management, tax and human resources. That breadth matters because delivering truly integrated advice takes a team aligned around what is best for our clients in every part of their experience.
Why our partnership model matters
When you work with Aspiriant, you are not just working with advisors. You are working with owners.
Our 100% employee-owned structure is intentional. It allows us to stay independent, think long term and deliver thoughtful wealth management and financial planning that reflects what matters most to the multi-generational families we serve.
It also brings different disciplines together in meaningful ways. Investment strategy, financial planning and tax planning are not separate conversations. They work together to support better decisions across your full financial picture.
For our clients, that means:
- Continuity: Your advisory team is built to support you over time with little turnover
- Integration: Your plan reflects the full picture, aligning your financial strategy with your goals, priorities and life
- Alignment: The people guiding your decisions are invested in helping you achieve your long-term goals
We believe this is how wealth management should work. Thoughtful. Steady. Built for the long-term. A multi-generational solution to multi-generational needs. And it’s made possible by the people behind it. Let’s meet our four newest partners.
Meet our newest partners
This year’s partner class reflects the many ways we serve our clients and support one another. Some work directly with families. Others strengthen the experience behind every client relationship. All play a role in delivering better outcomes.

Let’s build what comes next together
Partnership at Aspiriant isn’t about looking back. It’s about what we’re building alongside our clients.
As partners, we’re not just advisors. We’re owners of the firm, invested in its future and in the families we serve. That means we think long term and grow with our clients through every stage of life.
We help guide the firm’s direction, mentor the next generation and strengthen the experience we deliver every day. Not because it’s expected, but because it matters, to us and to the people who trust us with their financial lives.
This year’s partner class reflects that commitment. It brings together advisors and leaders across disciplines, all working together to support our clients in meaningful ways.
