Aspiriant Partners 2022 Class | Wealth Management

7 Aspiriant Leaders Become Partners of the Firm

Aspiriant’s existing partner group elected seven new partners to help steer the firm toward a long-term, committed relationship with our clients.

This year’s group includes more than client-facing advisors. They represent new and veteran employees in the fields of wealth management, compliance, human resources, investment operations and project management ─ each an important contributor toward the success of our company. They operate from five of Aspiriant’s 11 offices nationwide.

Becoming a partner is about maintaining the alignment of interests with our clients and the sustainability of our organization. As co-owners of Aspiriant, each signs a Spirit of Partnership that supports our core values and features pillars of:

  • Ownership
  • Unity
  • Leadership
  • Community
  • Optimism
  • Sustainability

Aspiriant’s unique employee ownership model is designed to maintain independent ownership that is 100% focused on what is in the best interests of clients for generations. Today, Aspiriant has 75 partners and is one of the largest employee-owned firms with meaningful scale in the nation.

“This group is a representation of our firm’s future and further drives the transformation we are working to achieve in the wealth management industry,” said Aspiriant CEO Rob Francais.
