Aspiriant’s existing partner group elected seven new partners to help steer the firm toward a long-term, committed relationship with our clients.
This year’s group includes more than client-facing advisors. They represent new and veteran employees in the fields of wealth management, compliance, human resources, investment operations and project management ─ each an important contributor toward the success of our company. They operate from five of Aspiriant’s 11 offices nationwide.
Becoming a partner is about maintaining the alignment of interests with our clients and the sustainability of our organization. As co-owners of Aspiriant, each signs a Spirit of Partnership that supports our core values and features pillars of:

Ami Aranha, CFP®, J.D. ─ Director in Wealth Management (San Diego)
An Aspiriant wealth manager since 2018, Ami provides advanced financial planning and investment management services to clients. She is also a moderator of our Investing Outlook webinars.
Lindsay Fleming ─ Director in Client Service Operations (Austin)
Lindsay started at Aspiriant in 2014 as a portfolio administrator in San Francisco and has steadily moved up the ranks. In 2019, she moved to Texas to help lead the opening of our fast-growing Austin office.
Shanda Gentry, IACCP® ─ Managing Director, Compliance & Records, Chief Compliance Officer (Cincinnati)
Shanda joined Aspiriant in 2010 as the director of compliance. Over the years, she has led many critical compliance operations such as client engagement agreements, marketing reviews, Form ADV, and regulatory testing and audits.
Summer Hammons, PHR ─ Chief People Officer (Los Angeles)
With more than 21 years in the human resources field, Summer joined Aspiriant in 2021 as our Chief People Officer. Under her leadership, the firm has launched an award-winning Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiative and launched the Aspiriant Impact Scholarship.
Jordan Overby, CFP® ─ Director in Wealth Management (San Francisco)
Jordan joined Aspiriant as a wealth planner in 2013 and became a manager in wealth management in 2018. He guides families toward achieving their financial dreams and educates rising generations about financial planning.
Jan Vega, CFP®, CTFA, MBA ─ Director in Wealth Management (Los Angeles)
Jan has been with Aspiriant for two years and works in our Exclusive Family Office group serving families with highly complex financial needs. She specializes in strategic philanthropic planning.
Wendy Wildey ─ Director of Project Management (San Diego)
Wendy joined the firm as part of the merger with HearthStone Private Wealth Management in December 2021. As a co-founder of HearthStone, she served in many leadership roles at the San Diego-based company that specialized in serving professional fiduciaries.
