What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
Volunteering my financial services to the broader community. I feel really good about bringing financial planning to people who would not normally have access to a wealth advisor.
Bio
As Talia moved from philanthropy to tech startup to Aspiriant, her career and professional activities always included helping people realize their goals. Her passion for philanthropy and expertise in equity compensation and liquidity event planning empowers clients to make financial decisions that are both strategic and personally meaningful.
Serving as a Director of Wealth Management, Talia provides customized financial planning and wealth building strategies for clients and their families. She brings experience in philanthropic planning from her years in development at the School of Engineering at Stanford University. She later co-founded SearchFox (acquired by Yahoo) and joined Stanford Investment Group in 2005. Talia came to Aspiriant as part of the 2017 merger with SIG.
She earned her Master of Business Administration from Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her B.A. is from the University of Chicago. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®).
Talia also provides wealth management services to her community. She is co-chair of the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund Professional Advisors Network. And she volunteers for the Financial Planning Association Pro Bono Program and IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
