The dinner promises an evening of engaging conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s an excellent opportunity to network and build relationships within our professional community.

Entrée Choice:

  1. Grilled Filet with salt and vinegar frites, carrot puree, charred broccolini, chimichurri
  2. Pan Roasted Jidori Chicken with charred honey toybox carrots, cippolini crème, braised leeks (Gluten Free)
  3. Crispy Skin Skuna Bay Salmon with beluga lentils, citrus fennel slaw, grilled asparagus, miso glaze
  4. Mediterranean Spiced Eggplant with warm cumin hummus, harissa coulis, grilled asparagus (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Weather: The dinner will take place outdoors and since San Diego evenings can be slightly chilly, heaters will be provided. However, we do suggest dressing in layers to ensure your comfort throughout the evening.
