Additionally, factors like employee engagement, leadership development, industry respect, notoriety and promoting diversity were considered in the selection process.

Under Rob’s guidance, we enhanced our Board by including two outside experts and achieved a 3.2% increase in our Net Promoter Score, reflecting our strategic focus on client intimacy. In our 2024 employee engagement survey, overall engagement improved by five points.
