As more women than ever are accumulating wealth and investing, they seek financial advisors who can relate to their specialized financial needs and attitudes about money. So we’re honored that Forbes recognized five Aspiriant partners on its 2022 Top Women Wealth Advisor Best-In-State list. Additionally, Managing Director Lisa Colletti, made the 2022 America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors list.
Lisa, who leads Aspiriant’s Exclusive Family Office group, was 84th among the top 100 women wealth advisors nationally. And she ranked #11 for the state of New York. She’s been with Aspiriant for over 10 years and serves some of our clients with the most complex financial situations.
Over the years, Lisa has led several key initiatives to improve overall client service at Aspiriant. Licensed to practice law in New York and with an extensive background in accounting and tax services, she is frequently interviewed by the financial media.
“I feel proud, privileged and so grateful to work alongside this amazing group of women,” Lisa said.
According to a 2021 Fidelity Investments study on women and investing, 67% are investing outside their retirement accounts. However, 77% of the women surveyed said they would feel more confident about their future if they had a financial advisor guiding them with their investments.

Sandi Bragar, who became Aspiriant’s chief client officer this year, believes that talking about money makes people become more aware of their attitudes and behaviors around money so they can be make meaningful financial decisions with confidence and purpose. Sandi represents the Northern California region in the Best-In-State list. From San Francisco, she leads our Planning Strategy & Research group that is responsible for our state-of-the-art wealth planning platform, and she’s frequently interviewed by major financial media, including Forbes.
Right next to her, Managing Director Helen Dietz is also on the Northern California list. Helen serves clients from our Silicon Valley office and leads our Total Wealth Management group for the west. Working with high-tech entrepreneurs, she’s a pro at helping clients manage concentrated wealth, such as illiquid stock.
Mary Ellen Krueger in our Milwaukee office is one of the top women advisors in Wisconsin. A director in wealth management, she specializes in helping family business owners diversify their assets and with succession planning.
Linda Kitchens, a director in wealth management who works from our San Diego office, earned a spot on the Southern California list. She wants to take the mystery out of money and applies a goals-based approach to helping clients achieve what they want out of life.
Forbes, in partnership with SHOOK Research, selects the top advisors for both lists based on an algorithm of data, gathered through interviews and surveys, to evaluate criteria such as best practices, level of service and investing models. Quantitative data includes revenue trends and assets under management. All advisors have a minimum of seven years of experience. Our advisors topped these lists among 9,850 women who were nominated.
