Together, we achieve more.
At Aspiriant we are committed to promoting and fostering a culture where diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) are part of our company DNA. We strongly believe a variety of perspectives are necessary for our firm’s growth and innovation, as well as to serve clients who have a broad spectrum of cultural and financial backgrounds.
In 2021, we hired a Chief People Office to foster the success, growth and retention of Aspiriant employees. We increased our diversity among the company’s national leadership team to include more than 50% women leaders. Additionally, we created the Aspiriant Impact Scholarship to promote diversity in the wealth management industry and awarded our first recipients in 2022. In that same year, our firm was recognized for our impact in this space by winning Private Asset Management (PAM) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year award.
At Aspiriant, we strive to not only look like the people in the communities we serve, but to also create a space for employees to feel a sense of belonging at work. We created an initiative and formed a committee focused on DIB to strengthen our diversity within the firm and the wealth management industry.
The committee consists of team members from across the organization, representing front line to executive employees. Each member serves as a DIB champion, providing a two-way communication channel with their teams, as well as being a “DIB champion” across the firm.
Let’s take this discussion to a more personal level.
