Meet Lynne
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Helping clients identify their personal values and build a life actualizing their dreams and aspirations.
What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?
That Aspiriant is a values-based, living, breathing organization where the team is inspired by what they do every day for our community of clients.
What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
Coaching and mentoring others to progress in their careers by living their professional passions; designing and executing successful organic growth strategies for my firms and my clients’ businesses; co-founding the Women Business Collaborative to accelerate progress for all businesswomen.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
My passion for team collaboration and being inspired and proud of the professional evolution of others.
How should people think about their wealth?
As a gift and a journey – A gift because they can construct a life of value and impact and as a journey because it usually takes time and planning to bring those values to life. Having a life of positive impact on others and in our communities is our true legacy.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Taking nature and ocean walks, playing keyboards and composing music, and creating textile art to relax my brain and refresh myself.
What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?
Aspiriant’s values, strategy and structure are a reflection of my personal and professional values — so I can’t imagine working anywhere else!
What was the most influential book you've read and why?
“Elizabeth I, CEO,” by Alan Axelrod, Ph.D. The book takes a fresh approach and reframes the life and accomplishments of Queen Elizabeth I (from the 1500s) as a woman who led momentous transformation during her time as the country’s “CEO.”
