Meet Jane
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Building strong relationships with clients over time, and seeing clients achieve their goals.
What's the biggest challenge?
When markets are so volatile…on the downside! Bear markets like the most recent one are especially painful for clients who are near or in retirement.
What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?
Working with an incredibly smart and dedicated group of professionals. I am continually challenged by the broad depth and breadth of knowledge shared within the group.
What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
Serving on the first board of directors of Kochis Fitz.
What qualities of yours make you most suited to what you do?
I enjoy people and the challenges of problem solving.
How should people think about their wealth?
Wealth allows a client to explore life's possibilities. I encourage clients to make a wish list, and then prioritize.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Be outdoors. I grew up in South Dakota on a farm, so we had endless space for flower gardens. I also grew up loving snow, so now I'm on the slopes as much as possible with my husband.
What would you be doing if you weren't working for Aspiriant?
Traveling – with multiple stops at ski resorts.
