Atomic Habits by James Clear – understanding the psychology behind our habits unlocked new systems and routines for me. The philosophy of being “1% better” made the daunting seem achievable.
Bio
Rohit brings more than a decade of experience in investment management and financial planning to his role as a Senior Manager in Wealth Management at Aspiriant. Clients have shared that they value his ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. That is because Rohit collaborates closely with families to design strategies that align with their long-term goals and values. His focus areas include portfolio management, estate planning and managing concentrated stock positions, helping clients make informed decisions across various aspects of their financial lives.
Rohit rejoined Aspiriant in 2024, after previously working with the firm from 2015 to 2019. In the interim, he served as an advisor at Iconiq Capital, where he supported founders and corporate executives with investment management and financial planning. This experience strengthened his approach to serving high-net-worth clients in an evolving market environment. Building trusted relationships and simplifying wealth management challenges are among the most rewarding aspects of his role.
Rohit earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. His interest in lifelong learning extends beyond finance; he draws inspiration from books like Atomic Habits by James Clear, which influence his focus on continuous improvement.
Rohit and his wife live in the Bay Area with their golden retriever, Scooby. They enjoy traveling and hiking Northern California’s scenic trails.
