What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Wealth management integrates my diverse interests in fulfilling ways. I enjoy guiding clients financially so they can achieve what’s important in their lives.
What’s the biggest challenge?
Overcoming noise in the marketplace that causes people to hesitate rather than confidently pursue new possibilities. Becoming a client at Aspiriant opens up a relationship of seamless, trusting, confidential service to last throughout a lifetime and continue into the next generation.
What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?
I love working with smart, highly respected colleagues who take seriously their responsibility of serving clients with distinction. The team approach here at Aspiriant is the real deal.
What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
I feel gratified by the trusting relationships developed during my tenure in wealth management. I am also proud of earning my professional credentials and of many successful years at IBM.
What quality of yours makes you best suited to what you do?
People tell me I am good at making connections. I enjoy connecting clients to sound investment ideas and to people who will serve them well.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I most love spending time with family. We enjoy athletics of all kinds, including skiing, tennis, platform tennis, biking and windsurfing.
What would you be doing if you weren’t working for Aspiriant?
I might be a university professor of German. I also wish I had taken time after college to be a ski bum and to live in Paris, but my practical nature preempted taking those risks.
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
In my personal life, I am most proud of my family. I’m also proud of my fluency in German, especially when I’m taken as a native speaker.
