Ginny King JD
Director in Wealth Management, Principal

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

Seeing the impact of our work on the lives of clients, their children and grandchildren is unbelievably rewarding.

What’s the biggest challenge?

When a client doesn’t have sufficient funds to meet their lifestyle and other goals over the long haul.

What do you love most about being part of Aspiriant?

The wealth of talent we have, from tax to investment to strategic planning.

What qualities of yours makes you best suited to what you do?

I’m a good listener. I’m also resourceful, tenacious and a little bit stubborn.

How should people think about their wealth?

As a means to an end. What can you accomplish? Whom can you help? What can you make better in the world?

What do you love to do outside of work?

Travel, take photographs, and make jewelry. There’s something amazing about creating something beautiful from nothing.

What would you be doing if you weren’t working at Aspiriant?

I’d be a veterinarian or an elder advocate.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?

My daughter. I’m in awe of her. She changes and grows every day.
