The vision. That “all clients are clients of the firm.” The broad ownership structure. The trail we are blazing in the RIA community.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Resigning from a stable position during the middle of the financial crisis because I knew I wanted something different in my career.

How should people think about their wealth?

Wealth is a tool. It can help you accomplish the things in life that you want for yourself and your family.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Relax with my family. Watch sports, stay fit, read, dining, and travel.

What would you be doing if you weren’t at Aspiriant?

Working as a sports journalist.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

The birth of my daughter, Claire. She has completely changed my world.

Adam started in the investment management industry in 2003 and has been providing investment and wealth advisory services to high net worth clients since June 2009. He is a Manager with Aspiriant, The Leading Independent Wealth Management Firm.

Prior to joining Deloitte Investment Advisors (which was acquired by Aspiriant) in June 2009, Adam worked as a Client Services Manager for PNC Managed Investments. In this role, he acted as a liaison for clients utilizing PNC’s managed account platform. He provided advice on various managed account products including mutual fund wrap, separately managed accounts, multi-strategy accounts, and unified managed accounts. Before this, Adam was an Account Manager in Wachovia’s Institutional Trust group where he was part of the mutual fund custody team.

Adam has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Fordham University. He is a Certified Financial Planner TM professional (CFP®). He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA®) and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) consultant. Adam also holds the Series 65.

Adam lives in Hoboken with his wife, Carolyn and their daughter, Claire. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his family, watching movies, staying fit, and reading. For special occasions, he likes to travel and explore local restaurants. Adam is a Pittsburgh Steelers season ticket holder and an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
